If you have never have Hamantashen before ("Ears of Haman" - in Hebrew) you must try them, they are so delicious! These pastries were originally filled with sweet poppy seeds paste, but nowadays they are found with fillings of chocolate or strawberry, raspberry, or apricot jam. I decided to make them with my favorite - Orange marmalade! I have never seen them with this filling, and thought it would be delicious. Well friends... I can't stop eating them... That's how good they are. (So I won't bake more of them for a while now...)
